How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
Since most of our products are handcrafted and often customized, once the order is dispatched or production has started, cancellation is not possible.
Are workshop bookings refundable?
Workshop registrations are generally non-refundable.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule (subject to availability).
If a workshop is cancelled from our side, you will receive a full refund or an option to attend another session.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Ready products: 5–10 working days
Custom orders: 10–15 working days (depending on design complexity)
Workshops kits: As per schedule communicated during booking
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays or location.
How can I track an order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking ID and courier details via email or WhatsApp.
You can use that tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor your delivery status.
